Prime Medical Associates is looking for a manager for its busy muti-specialty
practice. We are reaching out to you to see if you have candidates that will be
suitable for this position. The following is the description of the ideal
candidate but we are willing to hire fresh graduates that are willing to learn
and thrive in the health care industry.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Identify opportunities for operations improvement, plan and implement
those plans.
2. Work with the practice partners to establish and implement practice
goals.
3. Resolve customer service issues as they arise. Ability to resolve
conflict.
4. Oversight of A/R, A/P, P/R, referral coordination.
5. HR management to include general personnel issues, hiring, performance
review, and corrective action up to and including discharge. Provide a team
approach to problem solving, exercise diplomacy and consistently use effective
communication skills.
6. Resolve IT and EMR issues as they arise. Facilitate implementation of
ICD-10.
7. Management of the revenue cycle management to include registration,
scheduling, billing and collections processes.
8. Monitor provider's schedule to ensure maximum productivity. Work closely
with the front desk staff in order to best facilitate care for patients in a
timely manner.
9. HIPAA and OSHA compliance
Required Education
1. Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree preferred with emphasis in
business management or health care management.
