Brief Description
		We are currently seeking a Finance Intern to join the Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin' Brands team!
Detailed Description
		The primary accountabilities for this position include:   Opportunity for an individual to learn about Dunkin’s real estate, business development, development and franchising. Provide support to Real Estate Team.  Primary responsibility - Reviewing real estate leases (prime and sub) to capture critical information such as buyout and termination clauses. Provide support to Franchising, Development, Business Development. Primary responsibility – Working with Business Team supporting forecasting, preparing for annual budget and other misc activities.
Job Requirements
		The qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to the following:   Business Majors.  Finance focus a plus
