DESCRIPTION: A Customer Service Representative (CSR) will take in-bound calls from Home and Office Delivery customers in our 250-person call center in Raynham MA.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: To address customers inquiries from across the United States regarding accounts. Type of calls and issues to be resolved: Out of products Request for delivery Equipment exchange Transfer service to new address Billing.
